How much notice is needed to book an appointment with Beauty by Tracey?
For individual or small group spa services, 2 - 3 weeks notice is recommended. For a large spa party 4 - 6 weeks is appreciated. Weekends tend to book up fast.

Is there a minimum charge per visit?
Yes, there is a minimum charge of $80.00 per visit.

What are Beauty by Tracey's hours of operation?
We are open 7 days a week. Wedding makeup hours vary from esthetics.

What measures are taken for sanitation concerns?
We employ the highest sanitary standards in our services. Disposable files are used for manicures and pedicures. Liners are used for each client in the foot baths. All other esthetic instruments are sterilized with a hospital grade sterilizer.

What size of groups do you cater to?
We cater to individuals, small intimate groups and larger groups for holiday parties and corporate events. 1 person to approximately 30 people. Please call to inquire about larger group inquiries for conventions and other corporate events.

What would be the duration of each service?
The amount of time needed for each service varies. Time duration's are stated beside each service in the Mobile Spa Menu. Pedicures 40 mins. and manicures 30 mins.

What area of the city do you travel too?
We serve Ottawa and surrounding areas. A travel fee may apply. Total maximum of hours that will be traveled are 2 hours round trip for spa parties and makeup services with a minimum of services required. First 40 kms round trip are included in services. Winter travel is limited.

Would I be able to claim a massage on medical insurance?
Massages are done by a Esthetician, you will not be able to claim through your insurance.

Does your mobile spa provide all the equipment for each service?
Beauty by Tracey provides all the necessary equipment and linens required for services.

Will my furniture and flooring be protected from any accidents?
Beauty by Tracey mobile spa protects the clients furniture and flooring from any accidents that may occur. Ground sheets are provided for the flooring and furniture used for pedicures are covered to protect the fabric of the chair.

Are there any precautions and guide lines to take with the Dinair AirTan?

Will the spray tan leave an orange appearance on my skin?
Dinair Airtan systems leaves you with a nice golden tan without the orange coloration that is experienced with other spray tanning products.

We use Vaghaggi Phytocosmetici, Ridha, OPI Polishes, Dinair Airtanning, Bio Sculpture, Creative.

What are the forms of payment that Beauty by Tracey will accept?
We accept Cash, Mastercard and Visa.
