How much notice is needed to book a child/teen spa party with Beauty by Tracey?
For a our child/teen spa party 4 - 6  weeks is recommended. Weekends tend to book up fast.

Can the packages listed for child & teen parties be customized?
Yes,  Keeping in mind that there is minimum of $230.00 for child/teen spa parties.

How many estheticians come to provide the services?
The packages are set up for one estheticianto be able to do, but usually there are two etheticians that will come to provide the services for your spa party event. It depends on availability of estheticians.

What info is needed from hostess for the estheticians providing the services?
Our estheticians should know about any allergies or medical concerns that the children or teens may have.
We do ask that the hostess of the spa parties check with each parent to make sure that the services are okay to provided to their children.

What is the minimum age for service for a child?
Services start from age 6 to 17 for our child/teen spa parties.

What measures are taken for sanitation concerns?
We employ the highest sanitary standards in our services. Disposable files are used for manicures and pedicures. Liners or hospital grade wet spray sanitizer is used for each client in the foot baths. All other esthetic instruments are sterilized with a hospital grade sterilizer.

What area of the city do you travel too?
We serve Ottawa and surrounding areas. A travel fee may apply. Total maximum of hours that will be traveled are 1.5 hours round trip.  First 40 kms round trip are included in services.  Winter travel is limited.

Does your mobile spa provide all the equipment for each service?
Beauty by Tracey provides all the necessary equipment and linens required for services.   Client does provide the couch or chair for pedicure services and CD player for the spa music that Beauty by Tracey brings to each party setting.

Will my furniture and flooring be protected from any accidents?
Beauty by Tracey mobile spa protects the clients furniture and flooring from any accidents that may occur. Ground sheets are provided for the flooring and furniture used for pedicures are covered to protect the fabric of the chair.

What product names do you use for your spa services?
We use Vaghaggi Phytocosmetici, Ridha, OPI Polishes, Dinair Airtanning, Bio Sculpture, Creative, Essie, Mac Cosmetics.

Are tips ususally given to estheticians aside from the price of services and HST?
Tipping is very much appreciated by our estheticians. This can be paid at the time of service payment to the esthetician handling the transactions. 

What are the forms of payment that Beauty by Tracey will accept?
We accept Cash preferred form of payment, Cheque, Mastercard and Visa.
