 Reservation Policy:
» Single mobile
spa appointments need to be made at least 1-2 weeks in
advance.» Corporate events & spa parties require booking 4 - 6 weeks prior to event. » $55.00 deposit is required to reserve your spa party & wedding day event » Beauty by Tracey will reschedule your spa party at the convenients for both parties if needed. » There is a $80.00 minimum for mobile services per visit. » Women, couples & children only please, unless otherwise arranged » Cash, Visa and Mastercard are accepted for payment. Cancellation Policy: » For individual treatments 1 - 2 weeks notice is appreciated. » Cancellations for Spa Parties & Wedding Parties require 3 weeks in advance and your $50.00 deposit will be refunded. » Beauty by Tracey will refund deposit due to bad weather conditions that are not safe for travel. Payments: Cash, Visa and Mastercard are accepted for payment. GST will be added to prices Health & Safety Policy: Beauty by Tracey Mobile Spa follows all of the Ontario government regulations for mobile spa services. Disposible files, liners for foot baths or a hospital grade disinfectant, implements are sanitized in a wet sanitizer, vinyl gloves are worn for pedicures, clean linen for each client.
