| Reservation Policy:
» Single mobile
spa appointments need to be made at least 1-2 weeks in
advance.» Corporate events & spa parties require booking 3 weeks prior to event. » $65.00 + HST deposit is required to reserve your wedding day event » Spa Parties start time is 5:30 pm or earlier. » Beauty by Tracey will reschedule your spa party at the convenients for both parties if needed. » There is a $100.00 minimum per group for mobile spa services per visit per esthetician. (Please note the minimum is per location not per client.) » Women, couples & children only please, unless otherwise arranged Cancellation Policy: » For individual treatments 1 weeks notice is appreciated. » Cancellations for Wedding Parties require 60 days in advance notice after 60 days your deposit is non-refundable. » Beauty by Tracey will refund deposit due to bad weather conditions that are not safe for travel and in case of staff illness. Payment Policy: »Cash is preferred, Visa and Mastercard are accepted for payment. » Tax will be added to prices Gratuities/Tips: »Gratuities will be added to the total of service amount by the request of the client. »Gratuities are usually 15% of the total amount of services before taxes. »Gratuities are paid to the esthetician providing your service in the form of cash. Health & Safety Policy: »Beauty by Tracey Mobile Spa follows all of the Ontario government regulations for mobile spa services. » Disposible files, liners for foot baths or a hospital grade disinfectant, implements are sanitized in a wet sanitizer, vinyl gloves are worn for pedicures, clean linen for each client.
