  • it is always helpful to have everyones payment placed in an envelope and one receipt will  be written up for the group.  This saves on time before everyone has to leave for the ceremony.
Space Requirements for Services
  • area with lots of natural lighting if possible, set lights are available if needed
  • electrical outlet close to area for makeup
  • makeup chair, small table and extention cords are provided for services
The Trial Run
  • $  65  for a trial makeup application at studio location
In order to achieve your perfect look on your wedding day, it is highly recommended that you book a consultation & run-through for make-up.   It is best to reserve an appointment 3 months prior to your wedding day.   The wedding day is also special for family and friends, consider booking makeup appointments for the rest of the bridal party.

A trial makeup is a complete professional makeup application and is always nice to book when you are having a special event to attend.   On the day of your trial, colors of your flowers, theme color of your wedding and pictures of  your makeup vision are always helpful to bring along to create the perfect bridal makeup look.   Important note to remember, every bride should love how she looks in the pictures ten years from now.

A retrial makeup application is an option.  Please contact the studio location within a 7 day time frame to reschedule a retrial date.  Please note that retrials are done between Tuesday - Thursdays and Sunday afternoons.  A retrial makeup is complimentary when contacted within the 7 day time frame, at that time we will schedule a retrial within the next couple of weeks for you.  Our goal is for you to be totally satisfied with your look.
Booking and Securing your Date
Reserving a makeup artist for your wedding/special event should be done as soon as possible. Minimal 3 months is suggested. At the time of booking a deposit fee is required to guarantee your reservation; this can be done at the time of your consultation or by mailing a personalize cheque to Tracey's studio location.
The deposit is refundable up to 60 days before the booking date.  After 60 days the deposit is non-refundable.
Please note:  there is a minimum of 4 people required to book between April 1 - November 1.
Some exceptions can apply to the minimum amounts.
 
Makeup & Hair
When booking makeup and hairstyling services through Beauty by Tracey you will have a  freelance hairstylist and a freelance makeup artist providing each service separately, not one professional providing both services.  This ensures full focus on each specialized service and avoids conflicts with time restraints.  Please contact Freelance Hair Stylist directly to set up appointments, thank you.
