Tracey Lahey became a Freelance Makeup Artist in 1999 providing services at CTV, TVO, CPAC and other television bureaus and production companies in the Ottawa area.

Tracey has over 11 years’ freelance makeup experience specializing in television, high definition television, theatre, bridal, photography, film and the beauty industry.  She has added her unique touch to the makeup of local news celebrities, global political leaders and corporate CEO’s. 

Tracey has also taken on the role as Makeup Designer for Orpheus Musical Theatre and Savoy Society in serveral productions over the past few years and has been part of Opera Lyra's Makeup team since 2003.

To further her education in the beauty industry Tracey attended Versailles Academy in 2004 to study esthetics.  Graduating in 2005 then working for a period of time at a local spa in Ottawa.  Tracey then decided to branch out on her own in 2006 so that she could continue to do her freelance work as a Professional Makeup Artist.  At this time the unique concept of mobile spa began,  Beauty by Tracey Mobile Esthetics & Makeup Artistry was established.
